Terms and Conditions. Journey Planner is offered: - Live and Online with email being the means of communication. - Audios are available for download, to keep for your individual use only. - The delegate is responsible for attending at the appointed time (please see event factsheet/ email correspondence for full details). This online event is: - Providing assistance in becoming clear on what it really is that the delegate wants. - Supporting the delegate to accessing ideas that they have but may not be consciously aware of. - Enabling the delegate to find direction in times of confusion, provide opinion, and if necessary, advice. - Providing challenge to expand thinking and remove unhelpful thoughts. What this live event is not: - Mentoring in knowledge, experiences, and skills; or consulting or coaching involving the delegate to improve their own skills to improve a situation. - Therapy and counselling. - The trainer is not the one setting or achieving the delegate’s ambitions. The delegate must take ownership of what they commit to doing. Refund Policy: - If you unsatisfied with the content, write to us and we'll refund your fees. You have until 11:59 pm (GMT) on September 3rd 2012 to request a refund. Cancellation policy: - With one week notice before the seminar, if someone is unable to attend that delegate is welcome to request a refund. - Seven days before the event date, no refund can be given if you are unable to attend. Audio Recording and Reproduction - Purchase of this product does not grant permission to reproduce or duplicate its contents, electronically or otherwise, anywhere else. - Audios are available for download, to keep for your individual use only. - All links and material provided are meant for the customer’s private use, should be kept safe and should not be shared. - Sharing of audio and/or material may lead to suspension of one’s access to Journey Planner with no refund will be provided in this circumstance. General Release - In consideration of my participation at Saiyyidah Zaidi’s online seminar, I hereby generally release Saiyyidah Zaidi, McLean Stone, Working Muslim and its subsidiaries, their agents, employees, assistants and co-sponsors from any liability whatsoever related to my participation in this live event. - I acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to ask questions regarding any aspect of the released contained herein, and by signing below, do acknowledge that I have carefully and completely read and fully understand all aspects of the releases and agree to these terms in their entirety. Medical Release - I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of engaging in this event and associated activities and that there are no medical or psychological conditions currently afflicting me or which I have experienced in the past that would if disclosed cause my participation to be declined. - I do hereby hold harmless and forever release Saiyyidah Zaidi, Working Muslim, McLean Stone, the host facility, assistants, employees and/or co-sponsors from any liability whatsoever in the event that I sustain any physical injury, mental damage or death as a result of my decision to participate in any activities of this live event. Please read and agree to the following to proceed: - I am ready to reserve my space RIGHT NOW - I'm well aware that achieving success takes effort, and I'll be ready to participate inshaAllah and give it 100%. - I know that I will receive access to the live sessions and have the ability to submit questions during the live call. - I know that I will be sent an email (to the email address I provided) with directions on how to download the recording of the session of the day. - I know that I can ask for and receive a full refund up until 11:59pm 3rdSeptember 2012 UK time, no questions asked. - I know that even the seminar has finished, I will have the material for a lifetime, inshaAllah. - I make the intention to use what I may learn to come closer to Allah and progress in my journey to Jannah, inshaAllah.
